1- Does the Soul really exist?

Yes, the proof is in spiritual experiences

🏵️Let me start by saying that a lot of people, especially those who study neuroscience, don’t believe that humans have got a soul, they simply believe that conscious awareness is a result of brain activity and it could well be based on the quantum physics of the brain atoms.

🏵️While this is “true” on the purely material level, and will always be how science sees human consciousness, it’s not true for people like me who have spiritual experiences.

My truth is: Science is Wrong about the Soul. Your soul exists and it’s eternal beyond death.

🏵️The reason I know that the soul exists is that I know that there is life after death, and the reason I know there is life after death is that I had my first enlightened spiritual experience a few days after I asked the sky a question: “is there life after death? If someone can hear me, give me a paranormal experience or a clear sign that you heard me. Let me get an answer within a week, if I don’t get any clear sign, I’ll assume that no one could hear me.”

My first spiritual experience

🏵️When I had my first spiritual experience, it was mind boggling in a beautiful way. I knew that the sky had answered my request. I knew that this was a pivoting moment in my life. It was actually the most life-changing experience ever, and it wasn’t a single experience either, I kept having paranormal spiritual experiences on a regular basis for years after that. It was all a confirmation to me that I wasn’t just imagining, it was all real.

Why isn’t everyone able to have as many spiritual experiences?

🏵️Most people have got at least a few spiritual experiences in life like having a dream that shows a future event or having a mysterious intuition about something that happens to be true. The difference between me and most people is that I kept having daily  spiritual experiences for decades which made it become my whole focus and the basis of my life. I don’t doubt the spiritual reality no matter what. While for most people, spiritual experiences happen so rarely that as soon as one starts to feel excited about them, they stop happening.

🏵️There’s a good reason that spiritual experiences are rare. Most people aren’t ready. When your whole life become a spiritual paranormal experience, you find yourself unable to live a normal life anymore. You might want to raise a family, keep your job, stay integrated in your community. Not everyone is ready to leave everything and go on an uncharted territory of spirituality, and when I say Spirituality, I don’t mean New Age Buddhism WooWoo spirituality, because that’s already a known path and anything which is already established isn’t spirituality, it’s already a cult or religion.

What is the Soul?
The Soul is a Star ⭐ ✨

🏵️My friends, listen carefully. This thing you call the “soul” is not some commodity you can find in a marketplace. It is the ultimate mystery, the silent witness standing just behind the noise of your consciousness.

🏵️People talk about the soul as if it were a ghost hiding in the attic, but it is actually the only authentic thing about you. Everything else—your name, your fame, your degrees—is just a dress you have put on. The soul is the naked truth of your existence, the pulse that gives meaning to the heartbeat.
🏵️From the moment you entered this world with a cry, your soul has been anchored to your body. They are like a dancer and the dance. You cannot separate them while the music is playing. From birth until the very last breath, this connection is absolute. It is a marriage ordained by existence itself. You are not a body having a spirit; you are a spirit manifesting through a body. This body is the temple, and the soul is the deity residing within.
🏵️Now, many so-called spiritual teachers will tell you fairy tales. they will say that when you sleep, your soul wanders off to the Himalayas or visits other planets. This is all nonsense, sheer imagination!

🏵️If the soul left the body for even a second, the body would be dead. Sleep is just the body resting; the soul stays right there, watching. Even in a coma, where the mind is silent and the windows are closed, the master of the house is still inside. The soul only leaves when the house is no longer habitable—at the point of death.

🏵️It is a great mistake to try to imagine the soul without the body. You are trying to imagine the perfume without the flower. It is practically unfathomable! In this life, the soul and body are a functional unity. That is why it is so difficult to talk about what the soul “feels” like on its own.

🏵️ Yet, there is a core truth: your soul is eternal, and it is here for a purpose—to nurture its essential qualities.
You must understand one thing clearly: your soul is entirely yours. In a world where everything can be stolen—your money, your land, even your ideas—the soul remains the only private property. No priest, no politician, and Not even God can change your soul.

🏵️Your soul is the only thing that eternally belongs to you. You are the sole architect of your inner landscape. No one else owns the keys to your temple. If you are a coward, it is your cowardice; if you are a Buddha, it is your buddhahood.

🏵️This is exactly why your life and your suffering are so precious. People want a life of rose petals, but a life that is too easy is useless. If you never face a storm, you never grow roots. If life were just a bed of silk, you would never feel the need to transform. Your soul would remain stagnant, like a pool of dirty water. Suffering is the fire that tempers the steel of your soul. It forces you to look inward, to change, to evolve.

🏵️From the highest peak of consciousness, a life is worthless if the soul does not evolve. If you leave this world exactly as you entered it—with the same prejudices, the same fears, the same greeds—then your whole journey was a waste of time. You might have built empires, but you are leaving them all behind. Death is a great pickpocket; it takes everything except your soul and the qualities you have grown within it.

🏵️Think of it! When you pass through that final door, you cannot take your bank balance. You cannot take your trophies. The only luggage allowed is the quality of your being. You are supposed to leave this life as a more advanced soul than when you arrived. This advancement doesn’t come from reading books or memorizing scriptures; it comes from a deep shift in your attitude toward existence.

🏵️Most of this change happens unconsciously. You go through a heartbreak, you lose a friend, you face a failure, and slowly, something inside shifts. You become a little more patient, a little more compassionate. But I am here to tell you that you can start changing your soul consciously. This is the path of the seeker. Conscious evolution is like taking a jet instead of walking. It is faster, it is more intense, but only those who are truly “ready” can choose it.

🏵️Your soul qualities are not accidents. They are the eternal collection of rewards you have earned through thousands of lives. Every time you learned a lesson “the hard way,” your soul grew an inch. You may cry about the torment you have been through, but I say: celebrate it! The pain is a fleeting shadow, but the gain is an eternal light. Every scar on your ego is a ray in your soul.

🏵️There is a clear but hard-to-define distinction between the brain and the soul. The brain is a machine. It handles your intelligence, your memory, your talents, and your ability to speak. If you are good at mathematics or playing the flute, that is the quality of your brain. These are cognitive skills, tools for survival in the marketplace. But they are not your soul qualities.

🏵️The soul qualities are the hidden forces behind the brain. They are the “drivers” of the machine. Your soul chooses your beliefs, your outlook, and the very way you perceive the world. Two people can look at the same sunset; one sees a scientific phenomenon, the other sees beauty. That difference is not in the brain; it is in the soul’s attitude.

🏵️Even a newborn baby brings these qualities with them. Have you noticed? One infant is stubborn and impatient from the first day, demanding the breast with fury. Another is calm, patient, and smiling. They haven’t learned this from their parents yet; they have brought these colors with their souls. The brain is new, but the soul is an ancient traveler.

🏵️Most people live and die on the surface. they are concerned with the “brain qualities”—how to be smarter, how to be richer, how to be more famous. But the soul is neglected. It is like decorating the guest room while the master of the house is starving. A truly intelligent person focuses on the qualities that death cannot touch.

🏵️If you are suffering today, do not ask “Why me?” Instead, ask “What is this teaching my soul?” If you can do this, the suffering is immediately transformed into a ladder. You turn the lead of your pain into the gold of a soul quality. This is the only way to make life meaningful.

🏵️To advance the soul, you must be willing to drop your old attitudes like old clothes. You must be willing to start your whole personality and belief system from scratch. This is what it means to be a “more advanced soul.”
Remember, no one can do this work for you. I can point the way, but you must walk it. No one can “grant” you soul growth. It is a reward you earn through the grit and grace of living authentically. Your patience, your integrity, your capacity to love—these are some soul qualities only you can nurture.

🏵️Be a conscious nurturer of your soul. Watch your attitudes, observe your reactions, and keep evolving. When the time comes to leave the body, go with a soul that is rich, vibrant, and full of light. Let death find you not as a beggar, but as a king of your own inner world.

The 12 Soul Qualities

🏵️ Metaphorically, I described the soul as a star because a spirit appears to me as a star, and because I can think of the 12 soul qualities as the rays of the star ⭐. Here is a brief list:

Compassion – The capacity to deeply feel the suffering of others and be moved to relieve it without judgment.
Generosity – The open-hearted willingness to give time, energy, attention, and resources without expecting return.
Truthfulness – Alignment with authentic reality in thought, word, and deed, grounded in honesty and integrity.
Patience – Quiet endurance and calm acceptance of timing, allowing the process to unfold without friction.
Persistence – Steadfast devotion to a higher path or purpose despite obstacles, delay, or weariness.
Humility – Egress from self-importance, allowing quiet strength and recognition of inter-connectedness.
Forgiveness – The conscious releasing of resentment and grievance, freeing oneself and others from the past.
Courage – The inner fortitude to stand in truth and follow spirit despite fear, risk, or vulnerability.
Equanimity – An unshakable inner peace and mental stability regardless of changing outer circumstances.
Devotion – Loving dedication to something greater than the ego, manifesting as reverence and loyalty.
Grace – Flowing with life in elegance and soft receptivity, extending unconditional goodwill to all.
Gratitude – Deep appreciation for existence itself, recognizing the sacred value in every experience.

3- Soul qualities vs Brain qualities

Consciousness vs Intelligence

Here’s a list of 12 brain qualities. Notice how they are not the same as the soul qualities. They don’t correlate. You can be a good soul with a bad brain or a bad soul with a good brain.

Brain Rewiring (Learning & Changing)
How it works: Your brain can grow new paths and change shape when you learn stuff, play games, or try new things.
When it glitches: Your brain can accidentally build bad habits super strong. It can turn a bad day into non-stop worrying, lock in bad habits, or even make someone feel pain in an arm or leg that isn’t there anymore!
Mind-Swapping (Being Flexible)
How it works: This lets you switch fast between different rules or games, like switching from math to art class, and see things from a different point of view.
When it glitches: You get totally stuck. It’s like your brain gets frozen on one single track, and you get super frustrated if plans change even a little bit.
Teamwork Sides (Left & Right Brain)
How it works: The left and right sides of your brain split up the chores—like one side handling words while the other handles maps—but they talk to each other to work as a team.
When it glitches: The two sides stop talking. This can cause weird things like “Alien Hand Syndrome,” where one of your hands starts moving on its own and doing things you didn’t even tell it to do!
Thinking About Thinking (Self-Checking)
How it works: This is like having a little referee in your head that checks if you’re making sense, pays attention to your choices, and fixes mistakes.
When it glitches: If the referee works too hard, you overthink everything and get super embarrassed. If it sleeps on the job, you won’t even notice when you make really obvious mistakes.
Memory Saving (Saving Your Progress)
How it works: While you sleep, your brain takes everything you learned today and saves it into your permanent memory bank.
When it glitches: If it fails, you forget things right after you learn them. If it saves scary memories the wrong way, you might get bad nightmares or keep remembering terrible things over and over like they are happening right now.
Brain Speed (Reaction Time)
How it works: How fast your brain takes in what you see and hear, figures it out, and helps you react.
When it glitches: If it’s too slow, your brain feels super cloudy and fast games feel overwhelming. If it’s running way too fast, too much noise and info rush in all at once and crash your system.
Spotting Clues (Pattern Finder)
How it works: Your brain is a detective that naturally spots shapes, rules, and matching things in the world.
When it glitches: Your internal detective goes wild and starts seeing secret messages or weird coincidences everywhere—like thinking the clouds are sending you hidden messages!
The Chief Boss (Executive Control)
How it works: This is the manager part of your brain that sets goals, stops you from doing silly things without thinking, and keeps your room or backpack organized.
When it glitches: You act totally on impulse, your room becomes a giant mess, you get angry super fast, and starting your homework feels almost impossible.
Sensor Blender (Mixing Sensory Info)
How it works: Your brain takes what you see, hear, touch, and smell and blends it into one smooth video game of real life.
When it glitches: The wires get crossed, so you might “taste” a word or “see” a sound. Or, if it disconnects, everything feels like a weird dream and you don’t feel real.
Backup Wires (Safety System)
How it works: Your brain keeps spare electrical wires so if one path gets damaged, a backup path steps in so you can still think and move.
When it glitches: If the safety brakes fail, electricity shoots through all the extra wires at the same time, which can trigger a seizure.
Brain Battery (Energy Saver)
How it works: Your brain does billions of super-smart things a second while using about as much electricity as a tiny lightbulb.
When it glitches: Your battery drains almost instantly. Just doing simple schoolwork makes you feel totally exhausted, wiped out, and run-down.
The Prediction Engine (Guessing Game)
How it works: Your brain constantly guesses what you’re about to see and hear next so it doesn’t have to work as hard to pay attention.
When it glitches: If your brain believes its own wild guesses instead of what’s real, you might see or hear ghosts and things that aren’t actually there (hallucinations). Or, if it keeps guessing that terrible things are about to happen, you feel constantly scared.

Conclusion

🏵️The brain is a machine that you’re using. It’s quite a powerful machine since it could overrule your decisions, for example you could be unable to speak because your brain is getting a seizure. You could also have a bad memory and therefore do something illegal that lands you in prison even though “your soul” is good.

🏵️Your brain could be addicted to a substance because of childhood exposure to it. This doesn’t make you a bad soul, but you will need to improve the discipline of your soul substantially in order to rise above your brain addiction in your life. Again, being addicted doesn’t say anything about your soul, but being able to conquer addiction says a lot about how much your soul has improved.

🏵️ Brain chemicals (Serotonin, Dopamine, Epinephrine, Gabapentin, etc) can change the speed and mood in your brain, enhancing certain thoughts and thought directions, but they don’t affect your soul. If your soul is impatient, changing certain chemicals in your brain doesn’t change your soul impatience but it might change your perception of your mood which makes you less aware of your impatience urges, and therefore you appear to have become more patient. It’s like seeing the world through artificial “patience glasses”. It’s not helping your soul growth.

4- The Metaphor of the Soul Contract

Before birth, you signed off for this life

Imagine you are a tiny soul baby. Before you had a name, a body, or a heavy school backpack, you were just a floating ball of glowing light. You lived in a super happy place called Paradise that looked like a giant, rainbow sky where nobody ever got tired, sad, or bored.
One day, while you were doing flips in the clouds, you saw a big, shiny soul floating nearby. This soul was huge and glowed with a warm, golden light that felt like a big hug from your favorite person. It was super smart and knew everything about the universe.
You floated over as fast as you could because you wanted to be just like them. You looked up and said, “Please, please, please teach me how to be wise like you! I want to know all the big secrets!”
The wise soul looked at you with a gentle smile and said, “You can’t learn these secrets just by floating in a happy cloud. To get really smart, you have to go on a big, tough adventure. You have to be born on a planet called Earth.”
The wise soul pulled out an invisible blueprint called a Soul Contract and started explaining the rules. “First, you have to turn into a human baby and live on Earth for about 70 years. While you are there, you will completely forget this magic sky place ever existed.”
Next came the hard part of the deal. “You are going to have specific bad days on purpose,” the wise soul said. “You might scrape your knees, lose a game, have your feelings hurt, or feel really lonely. Humans call these hard times destiny, but they are actually just secret life lessons to help you grow strong.”
You started to feel a little scared. “That sounds super hard!” you cried. “How am I going to survive down there if I forget who I am and nobody is helping me?”
“Don’t worry, you won’t be all alone,” the wise soul promised. “I can’t go to Earth with you as a human, but I will become your invisible Spirit Guide. I will watch over you from the sky the whole time.”
The wise soul explained how it would help. Whenever you were having a terrible day and felt like crying, the wise soul would whisper quiet thoughts into your brain without you even knowing it. They would give you secret nudges to be brave, try again, or be nice to someone even when you felt angry.
So, you signed the contract and jumped down to Earth! Now, whenever life gets tough or unfair, remember it’s just part of the big adventure game you signed up for. And that little voice inside your head telling you not to give up? That’s just your wise soul friend, keeping their promise and cheering you on.

Conclusion

This is just a metaphor to get you to look at life from a positive learning perspective. The spirit guidance aspect is real and happens to everyone, whether they believe in it or not, but the rest of the story is just a metaphor because we don’t float as soul babies before birth or even after death. The reality is that the soul can’t exist without a body, so once the body cannot support life anymore, we go and get born into another body (not necessarily in the same physical world). So, there’s no gap between lives where we exist in a conscious soul form without a body.

5- Soul growth over lifetimes

The more you grow in this life, the better your next life will be

Every time a physical life comes to an end, it is not a final stop. It is simply a passage into a new beginning, where your soul moves into another existence to continue its journey.
Each lifetime is carefully designed to help you grow. The universe does not judge you at the end of your life, and there is no cosmic court waiting to punish you for past mistakes.
You do not have a heavy debt of karma that you must pay off. You are also not striving to reach a final, static state of total enlightenment.
Instead, the main point of existing is simple and continuous. There is only the gradual, steady evolution of your soul over time.
When you leave this life, you will never live on planet Earth again. Every world you visit has its own physical, emotional, and mental limits tailored to what you need to experience.
You do not get to pick and choose what your next life will look like. The transition happens through natural spiritual laws, much like a chemical reaction or the force of gravity.
Your soul naturally falls into the exact realm and environment that matches your current state. You land where you fit best, without any conscious control over the outcome.
Growth happens when you face the challenges built into each specific environment. Just as a deer develops speed over time to survive being chased by a predator, your soul grows stronger by overcoming obstacles.
Imagine developing speed in one life under conditions that demand quick movement, and then taking that built-in swiftness with you into the next world. In that following life, you might inhabit a form that requires you to master raw strength and power.
Layer by layer, lifetime by lifetime, you build new capacities across different worlds. Every life leaves its mark, ensuring your soul expands continuously as you move forward through the cosmos.

6- Your spirit guides, dreams, guidance

Your spirit guides do come to you in your dreams sometimes but they most often guide you through subconscious suggestions.

How Everyone Receives Guidance from Spirits
We often imagine spiritual guidance as dramatic events—a booming voice from the clouds, a vivid apparition at the foot of the bed, or a lightning bolt of cosmic revelation. In reality, the way spirits communicate with us is far more delicate, frequent, and accessible to everyone. You don’t need special rituals or extraordinary gifts to receive messages; your guides are already speaking to you every single day through subtle, ordinary channels.
Dreams vs. Subconscious Suggestions
While your spirit guides do come to you in your dreams sometimes, they most often guide you through subconscious suggestions. Dream visits are memorable, but they require a specific state of sleep and receptivity. During your waking hours, guides prefer working through the quiet background noise of your thoughts—dropping a gentle hint, directing your gaze toward something you need to notice, or placing a sudden, soft impulse in your mind to reach out to a friend or take a different route home.
The Familiar Presence of Deceased Relatives
Sometimes guides come in the form of a deceased relative. This is very common. Loved ones who have passed away often step into the role of guardians because they already share a deep bond with you and understand your human journey. Whether you feel a sudden, comforting warmth in a quiet room, smell a familiar perfume out of nowhere, or sense a loving presence during a difficult moment, passed family members frequently act as the primary messengers bringing reassurance and direction.
Reclaiming Intuition as Spiritual Guidance
Sometimes it’s just a sudden strike of intuition. We call it “intuition,” “a gut feeling,” or “a hunch,” but it’s actually spiritual guidance. When a clear realization pops into your head fully formed—without you having to analyze or reason your way there—that is rarely just an internal mechanism. It is your guides dropping a piece of insight directly into your awareness, helping you navigate choices big and small.
Discernment: Not Every Thought Is Guidance
It is crucial to remember that not every crazy sudden thought is spiritual guidance. Sometimes we are driven by anxiety, restlessness, or greed. Spiritual guidance carries a calm, neutral, or supportive resonance. Impulses rooted in panic, fear, urgent self-preservation, or material obsession come from the ego, not from higher realms. Learning to pause and feel the emotional frequency behind a sudden thought helps you filter out internal noise from true guidance.
Why the Line Is So Blurry
We can hardly differentiate between what is spiritual guidance and what is our own thoughts because that’s the point—you should follow your own views. Spirit guides respect your free will above all else. Guides never impose; they only suggest, and the suggestion is intentionally subtle so that you don’t feel obligated to follow it.
If guidance were overwhelming or unmistakable, it would strip away your personal agency and turn life into a series of orders rather than a journey of conscious choice. By disguising their whispers as your own quiet instincts, your guides allow you to own your decisions, grow from your choices, and navigate your path with genuine autonomy.

7- Life after Death

There is simply NO life after death

When people talk about what happens after we die, they usually guess two things. Some say it is like falling asleep forever, and others say you turn into a ghost or go to a magical playground. But both of those ideas get one big thing wrong. They assume you will still remember being you.
The truth is actually way cooler and a little strange. There is no normal “life after death” where you keep your name and your favorite video games. But the core thing inside you—the soul—never dies. Energy can’t just disappear!
Think of your body like a TV set and your soul like the electricity. The electricity is totally real, but if the TV breaks down, you can’t watch any shows. Without a body, the soul doesn’t see, hear, or think anything at all. It is just quietly waiting for a new screen to turn on.
When that spark powers up a brand new body, it starts having adventures all over again. But this isn’t like playing a game on “New Game Plus” where you keep your old inventory. You don’t get to keep your old memories, because your old brain is gone. It is a total reset, starting completely from scratch.
Because it starts from zero, you can’t really call it a “next life” or say you were reborn as a new person. The past doesn’t even exist for the new body! Saying “this life came after that life” is just a story we tell ourselves right now.
Think about it: when you were a tiny baby, you didn’t even know what time was! You had to grow up a few years before you understood “yesterday” or “tomorrow.” Time is just a trick your human brain uses to organize things, not a rule that rules the whole universe.
When your brain stops working, all those ideas like time, space, and yesterday just vanish. From where you are sitting today, it feels like there must be a “next” chapter. But once this brain is gone, the idea of “next” doesn’t mean the same thing anymore.
Heck, when you were really little, you didn’t even know you had a brain inside your head making you move! So in the next form of existence, you might not even have a brain like the one you have now. Reality could work in a way we can’t even imagine.
So who gets to choose what your next adventure looks like? It isn’t a giant judge sitting on a cloud, and it isn’t an angel with a clipboard. Nobody is making a list of your good and bad deeds to pick your next form.
It happens naturally, just like when you mix baking soda and vinegar and it fizzes up. It is set up by God—or whatever ultimate mystery created existence in the first place. You will always exist because existence never stops, but next time, the rules of the game will be totally brand new!

8- The ultimate goal of your soul, The Central Dogma of Soul-DNA

Your soul is simply evolving into more advanced Soul-DNA that would open up new dimensions of awareness and experience

I want to talk about something super cool and kind of mind-blowing about our souls, like how we live and grow over and over again!
Think of it like a big science experiment, because every single lifetime we get is set up by the strict rules of nature, kind of like when you mix two chemicals together and boom, a chemical reaction happens automatically!
Inside of us, there is something called Soul-DNA, which is basically the super important secret code and true essence of who our soul is.
It’s a lot like the DNA in biology class, because just like regular DNA tells our bodies what we look like, your Soul-DNA dictates all the physical, emotional, and mental experiences you have to go through in every single life.
Now, your Soul-DNA can’t just change for no reason—it stays the same unless you go through a lifetime that actually inspires you to change deep down inside.
Even more importantly, that change has to come from your own soul’s choice, and not from anybody else telling you what to do or from weird outside stuff!
While you are living your life, all your crazy everyday experiences shape your personality, and that actually causes your Soul-DNA to change a little bit.
You get to decide how much you want to change too—you can choose to change a whole bunch, or just a tiny bit, or sometimes a soul might even choose suicide and decide to wait until the next lifetime to keep growing.
When you finally die, your Soul-DNA is guaranteed to have changed at least a little bit, and your very next life will take a whole new form based on that newly evolved Soul-DNA!
The coolest part is that there is no boss telling you what kind of Soul-DNA you have to get, because it’s a completely open path where nobody knows what will happen, which is why the whole journey is just awesome!

9- God doesn’t exist, no punishment, you’re responsible for yourself and your own future

The headline in this section might be shocking to you. How come I am saying God doesn’t exist. You even remember me saying that God definitely exists in the first chapter. So, what now?

Let me explain…

When I say God doesn’t exist, I’m referring to the other meaning of the word God. You know, language is a complex phenomena. Each word has got several meanings depending on the context. In this context, I’m using the word God the way it’s used in religious circles.

Religion stems from a social construct and most of the religious ideologies were set mainly to hold society together. There is not much of a truth in religious ideologies. Also, God in religions, represents a king. It’s a figurative depiction of the ultimate king. And what a king used to do when religions were created was to set the law, to declare what’s good and what’s bad, what’s allowed and what’s prohibited.

In reality, this ultimate king doesn’t exist! And this might feel like a shock to your brain for years once you realize this spiritual truth, because it’s very hard to remove the deep seated concepts of a society that taught you that it’s normal to think of God as the ultimate king since birth.

Well, you can be relieved. Finally! The truth is that God exists as the ultimate mystery that brought you to life (again, it’s not a person). On the other hand, God doesn’t exist as the ultimate judge who will torture you after a life of sins. What a relief 😀🍀
