Even practicing the most spectacular type of Divine Yoga doesn’t make you spiritual unless you become able to have a clear communication with the divine.

        Thank you, recently my 4 year long relationship has ended and I am very vulnerable, making it difficult to focus on things and the fact that my ex partner and I live in the same colony is making it difficult to go to the same friends gathering because i don’t want to face him.
