1- What is God?

God is the Galaxy

🏵️Have you ever looked up at the stars at night and wondered, “How did all of this get here?” For thousands of years, people have been asking that same huge question, and many of them call the answer “God.” But depending on who you talk to—a priest, a philosopher, or a scientist—what God actually is can sound completely different!

🏵️For a lot of people, God is like a huge invisible being who is always watching out for us, and will punish us if we do something wrong.

🏵️Religions like Christianity, Judaism, and Islam teach that God is a person who has a personality, listens when you pray, and cares deeply about how we treat each other.

🏵️In parts of Hinduism, people picture God through amazing stories and characters like Krishna or Shiva, making it easy to feel close to God just like you would with a best friend or family member.

🏵️Many thinkers say that calling God a “person” is way too small of an idea. They view God as the ultimate mystery—something so big, mind-blowing, and ancient that human words aren’t even powerful enough to explain it. It’s like trying to explain the entire internet to an ant; we just don’t have the brainpower to fit God into a neat little box!

🏵️Instead of describing what God is, these thinkers focus on what God is not. They say God isn’t trapped in time, doesn’t have a physical body, and isn’t just a giant guy sitting on a cloud in space. Instead, God is the giant, hidden power or “spark” that lets everything in the universe exist in the first place.

🏵️Then, there are scientists who look at God in a totally different way by using math and telescopes. Famous geniuses like Albert Einstein didn’t think of God as someone who grants wishes or hands out rules. Instead, Einstein felt a deep sense of magic and wonder when he looked at how perfectly the laws of physics and nature work together, calling that natural perfection “God.” To those scientists, the universe isn’t just a random pile of rocks and gas; it follows incredible, mathematical rules that make stars shine and trees grow. They feel that by studying gravity, space, and atoms, they are actually getting a sneak peek into how the giant machine of reality was built.

🏵️ Even though people disagree on the exact answer, everyone is really just trying to figure out the same incredible secret of how we all got here.

🏵️I define God to be the Galaxy (in a metaphorical sense). If you don’t believe me, just spend more than 30 seconds looking at a Galaxy and you’d definitely think about God. You might not think about the word God, but something inside you would wonder why does this even exist, and this mysterious feeling is what can be called divinity and it’s the closest thing to God.

🏵️When I talk about God, I just mean the ultimate mystery. Ultimate means that we can spend millions of years to understand this mystery and we will end up empty handed.

🏵️Religions have attributed to God a lot of things that turned out to be not really related to God. For example, the black death was a virus not a curse from God. Rain and thunder are simply chemical reactions that transform clouds to water and electricity. A sun eclipse is caused by a simple physics rather than a direct divine intervention that means that God is showing his powers. Attributing everything to God would lead us to become naive and easily manipulated by people who claim to claim the authority of God like priests and gurus and so on.
🏵️We need to look at the very essence of what God is rather than just assuming that everything we don’t understand is coming from God.

🏵️Does God exist? Yes, sure, God exists!!! There is no doubt about it. But the definition of God is elusive. It’s not a superhero who created this universe, it’s better thought of as the mystery behind the universe. Everything from the largest galaxy to the tiniest atom behaves in an astonishing order beyond our understanding. Whenever you feel this mystery, you’re feeling God.

Definition – God is the ultimate mystery!

🏵️Once you understand that no matter how much we advance in science and technology, there will always be a deep mystery hanging in front of us and that is absolutely incomprehensible for us and impossible to solve – What made us exist, and why are there atoms in the universe rather than nothing? This is when we cannot help it but talk about God.

🏵️Even the most atheist person would acknowledge that we can define the word God as the ultimate mystery and this mystery is bigger than us to ever be solved.

🏵️What Does God Do? Nothing… God isn’t a person to be thought of as doing things to us or to anyone. God is simply the mystery, it’s not a being, but the mystery is so deep and so fascinating that it needs a special name – God! God doesn’t interfere into your life, but God has “created” the laws of life, and the pattern that your soul is supposed to evolve into and so on. So, in a way, God is still there shining behind a veil of mystery.

2- Can We Talk to God?

Yes, to the Spirit World 🙏

🏵️Whenever you talk to God, you’re talking to the spirit world. So, when people talk about God as a person, they are actually talking about the spirit world, and when people talk about God a designer of the creation, they are actually talking about the ultimate mystery.

🏵️There’s no person up high in the sky called God, but there is a spiritual community, a group of beings that are way more experienced and knowledgeable than us, and that we might call the spirit world.

🏵️The spirit world entities are not like us, they are more like God, but they are not almighty and they definitely didn’t create the universe. Who created the universe cannot be realistically answered, but metaphorically God creates the universe, it’s the ultimate mystery.

🏵️Can we talk to this God who created the universe? Absolutely not, because it’s not a human-like being. We can’t even know anything about it. But if you “believe in God”, what it normally means is that you believe that there is someone up high that you can talk to, and this is exactly what the spirit world is about.

🏵️The spirit world understands that you are talking to them whenever you talk to God (from your perspective). In a way, the spirit world is very similar to the concept of the Angelic Realm, but I don’t use this term because I don’t want you to confuse it with a specific religion.

🏵️To the spirit world, you can speak and they might answer whenever they choose to. You can practice talking to the spirit world and it will give you a better chance to get an answer whenever you ask them. I have devised three practical step-by-step exercises for this purpose. But first, who are they?

The Spirit World

🏵️They are angel-like beings. I don’t want to call them angels so that you don’t start imagining them as children with wings.

🏵️Why the Spirit World is Not the same as God? Because God (described by religions) is too much. Even though the spirit world is very powerful and wise, they are by no means Omnipotent or Omni-anything. Do they have a boss that is Godlike? Not really. For the spirit world it’s helping and guiding you that is important. They don’t have any social interaction among them.

🏵️How to Speak to the Spirit World? Basically every time you speak to God, you’re speaking to the spirit world. If you want to address the spirit world specifically, you can call them whatever you want, ex. Spirit Guides, Spirit Healers, Spirit Teachers, etc, or you can give a name to the spirit that usually connects to you and call him by name, ex. Brian, Thomas, Angela, Whitney, etc. Spirits don’t have names or shapes, in other words, they take the name you give them and the shape that is most relatable or agreeable to you.

🏵️How to get Answers? The spirit world answers when your request is deep from the heart and when you’re not expecting a specific answer but you’re only wishing to know the truth. You also have to show seriousness and dedication over a long period of time to get answers. The answer will come to you when you’re ready, and it comes in the most fascinating ways. Does it come in a paranormal way, possibly, but only if you’re ready for it.

🏵️How does the spirit world look like? About 20 years ago, I once asked the spirit world to show itself to me. I closed my eyes and held my breath for the answer. A few seconds later, I started seeing subtle colors (blue, red, green, violet) moving slowly like an aura borealis. Then I noticed six stars becoming prominent in my vision. I thought these are my spirit guides. But then the image started to develop further and a million pink stars appeared behind the six stars. It was exactly like a Galaxy. So, now you know why God for me is metaphorically the Galaxy!

🏵️To simplify it for you, and to give you a step-by-step method of how to do it effectively, I have devised three spiritual exercises, explained at the end of this chapter!

3- Religion vs Spirituality

They are Not the same, but each one stems from the other

🏵️In this book I teach you spirituality. I don’t teach religion. But there’s an actual historical connection between the two.

🏵️There is a profound paradox at the heart of human faith: while religion and spirituality are often spoken of as two sides of the same coin, they frequently stand in stark opposition to one another. One is an institutional framework of dogma and governance, while the other is an intimate, unfiltered connection to the divine.

🏵️ Religion stems from spirituality. At some point in history, there was a person who became spiritual. They sought quiet, looked inward or toward the heavens, and claimed to speak with God. They received answers, witnessed truths, and shared those realizations with others. Moved by these experiences, people gathered around this visionary, turning them into a prophet.

🏵️What began as a beautiful pure spiritual experience quickly transformed into an ugly movement. Over time, the movement took on the characteristics of a cult, complete with inner circles, strict tenets, and set rituals. As empires expanded and wars were fought, these beliefs were used as tools of conquest. Whole populations were converted unwillingly at the edge of a sword or under the weight of imperial decree.

🏵️Eventually, the cult evolved into an official state religion—a powerful institution dictating politics, declaring wars, and writing civil laws. In short, out of something beautiful, pure, and deeply personal called spirituality, an institution often grew that became ugly, controlling, and laden with dogma.

🏵️Spirituality could flourish through religion. When people grow up within a religion, they are taught to follow scriptures, obey rules, and revere gurus or clergy without question. But inevitably, some individuals grow skeptical. They look at the rigid dogmas, the political motives, and the contradictions within institutional faith, and they begin to question everything.

🏵️Driven by doubt, a religious skeptic might start looking for God on their own terms. In doing so, they may unexpectedly stumble into a profound, personal, or even paranormal spiritual experience. This moment changes everything. It converts them from a merely religious person into a truly spiritual one.

🏵️Once someone experiences the guidance of God directly, they no longer need the proxy of religious rules or human intermediaries. They transcend the institution, proving that even within the dry soil of rigid religion, authentic spirituality can bloom.

🏵️My personal story is that I started my life feeling strongly religious until the age of 20, became skeptic from 21 to 30, and had a spiritual enlightenment experience at the age of 33, and from there I never looked back, I moved up the spiritual awareness ladder, and I am still learning new things every day. This book is just what I have learned so far.

🏵️ Sidenote – I noticed that my atypical personality (on a spectrum) does a lot of deviating and revolting. I started my career as a scientist only to later revolt over a lot of what is being done wrong in science and eventually created my own atypical scientific understanding. So, for me, I tend to end up creating my own PATH regardless of what the field is.

4- God comes in many forms

God appears to you in a form you understand

🏵️Since most people believe that they pray to God and they wait for God to answer their prayers, you will see me using the word God when I actually mean the spirit world. As I said, the spirit world is not God, they are not going to judge you after death and send you to heaven or hell, they are only there to help you and take care of your soul growth.

🏵️Visualizing God is pretty much impossible, but people have their own ideas of what God might look, sound, or feel like. The way God communicates with us is rarely one-size-fits-all. When God appears to you, it happens in a language, form, and medium that your specific mind and soul can actually comprehend.

🏵️A key aspect of divine encounters is that God meets you where you are. You will not receive a vision framed in a theological context that is completely alien to your personal beliefs. If you are a Christian, God might appear to you in the image of Jesus. If your spiritual framework centers on the spirit world or Eastern traditions, God may appear as an enlightened teacher, a spirit guide, or a guru representing the ultimate divine source for you. Conversely, if you don’t hold Hindu beliefs, God is unlikely to appear to you as Ganesha or another deity outside your worldview.

🏵️The divine presence adapts its outer form to your mental and cultural framework so the message isn’t lost in translation. The form itself is simply the container; the source and the underlying message remain the true essence of the experience. After all the religion or belief system is irrelevant to your spiritual insight. God doesn’t care about your religion because a religion is a social construct, just like tradition and language. God doesn’t care about the language, God interacts with you based on your heart’s vibration.

🏵️The most common ways God appears to us are through deep spiritual dreams (that feels too real for a dream), striking sudden feeling (that might send your heart racing), and visual colored light and shapes while your eyes are closed (this is called a third eye experience). You might also hear your name in your ear and perceive it as God is talking to you.

🏵️The most important part of a spiritual experience like this is that it has to be gentle and heartwarming. Anything that feels evil or scary isn’t a spiritual experience. It would be rather a psychotic episode. And so many people confuse psychosis with spirituality. In general it’s very simple, psychosis makes your life harder while spirituality makes your life better in the long run.

🏵️ Sidenote: Spirituality requires a healthy amount of skepticism. If you drop the skepticism and start believing every weird story and experience to be spiritually related, you will soon find yourself in the realm of useless fantasy. People will stop taking you seriously, and would think you have lost your sanity.

5- Would God connect to you?

Yes, but only if you’re ready.

✅ Let me start by saying that in this section and in many parts of the book, you’ll see me using the words God and the Spirit World interchangeably as for most intents and purposes they mean the same thing.

What does READY mean?

🏵️ If you pray or ask God a question, you’re unlikely to get an answer, and this is the experience of billions of people which led us to basically consider talking or connecting to God to be just an internal psychological event. If God answers you, then you might freak out! It could change your life in a beautiful way, but most likely it would make your life much harder.

🏵️ First of all, you might not be able to contain your joy and start telling people every day about your experience. Of course, if any random person keeps telling people that he sees and hears God all the time and every day, sooner or later everyone will consider him weird or even mentally unhealthy. So, the first rule about being ready to connect to God is that you shouldn’t be a showoff person. Keep it a secret. Let it grow into you. Feel it’s your secret treasure.

🏵️ Second of all, you might think you are getting hallucinations or that your brain is glitching. Any psychiatrist you consult for that matter, would immediately put you on some antipsychotic drugs so that you stop hallucinating. No one will believe that you’re actually connecting to God. So, the second rule about being ready to connect to God is that you should be very stable in your mental health and confident about it.

🏵️ Third of all, you might think that God is giving you reassurance that you are special and your mission is to create a cult, a new religion, or to save the world from evil and so on. Anything like that means that instead of you becoming spiritual, you’re becoming a politician and using your spiritual experience to impress people, make money, and gain control. So, the third rule about being ready to connect to God is that you should have no greed and no confirmation biases in your thinking.

🏵️ The fourth rule is to be interested to explore the spiritual mystery of life. You have to ask God with passion and a genuine heart intention.

🏵️ The fifth rule is to have enough courage to throw away all your previous belief if necessary so that you explore the spiritual truth first hand.

🏵️ The final rule is to be ready to change yourself and this is tougher than you expect but God will decide if you’re ready for it or not.

6- Philosophy is Not the Way

There’s something about spirituality that might sound the same as a philosophy of metaphysics. But there’s nothing further from the truth!

🏵️⚡ Philosophy relies on logical arguments rather than direct experience.

🏵️ ⚡Science relies on direct experience and objective experimentation.

🏵️ ⚡Spirituality relies on subjective experiences and getting answers from God.

🏵️ You can clearly see that Spirituality has nothing to do with philosophy. For a spiritual person, all the philosophy about God and the afterlife are wrong – simple argumentative nonsense. This is not to say that a Spiritual person knows everything about God and the Afterlife, it just means that when a spiritual person wants to examine a specific truth, he asks the spirit world for answers to get a subjective proof.

🏵️ In a way, the spiritual quest is more like a science than a philosophy, but it can’t become science since it remains subjective. At the end of the day, only a handful of selected lucky people among billions are going to be spiritual. Yes! There aren’t so many people who dedicate their lives to spiritual quest.

7- The existence of Afterlife

This is the real starting point to spiritual enlightenment

🏵️ If there’s no Afterlife, then everything about spirituality wouldn’t make sense. There would be no need to do anything other than enjoying whatever makes you feel good. And if the pain gets a little too much, just end it altogether. After all, there is no purpose for pain if death is the end of everything.

🏵️ You’ve got to ask God if there’s an Afterlife early on in your spiritual journey. Even if God exists and he wants you to be very spiritual or whatever, if there’s nothing after death then the whole idea of pursuing a spiritual quest becomes such a waste of time. Instead of searching for a meaning, just enjoy!

🏵️ My spiritual journey started exactly when I asked the sky to show me a proof that there’s an afterlife. I assumed that if someone (invisible to me) can hear me when I am sending my request up to the sky, one way or another they would answer me. I said, if I don’t get a clear answer within a week, I will assume that there’s no one who can hear me. To my lucky surprise, I got the answer in the most impressive and mysterious way.

8- Prayers – Rules and Potential

For God to answer, you need some basic rules

🏵️A prayer is basically when you talk or connect to God, the universe, or your own heart. People all over the world do it in tons of different ways depending on what they believe!

🏵️What I want to tell you here, is not how to pray according to a strict religious or spiritual dogma, but how to make your prayer effective that God answers you. After all, what’s the purpose of a prayer if there’s no effect, no response, and no use?

🏵️ First of all, pray from the heart. Do it in the most genuine way you can. Don’t be concerned about the wording or the name of God or the way you were taught to pray, just make it as simple as possible as direct and from the heart as possible. Whether you follow a religious belief or not, makes absolutely no difference. Many religious people have seen “a divine light” when they deeply prayed from the heart. If you’re not religious at all, you’d have more freedom to interpret the results of your prayer, but the experience is basically granted regardless of the belief.

🏵️ Second of all, don’t ask for the lottery. Ask for something that is absolutely essential for your being. Especially if it’s your first genuine prayer, you need to ask for something that gives you reassurance that your prayer is being processed.

🏵️ Third of all, allow it a specific amount of time. No prayer is answered immediately. Anything needs time. Allow it at least a few days. On average a month, and a maximum of a couple of years. You’ll need to remember that during this period you’ve got to be waiting for your prayer to be answered, if you just pray and forget, it won’t make any sense. One way to keep remembering your prayer is to write it down and store it somewhere you can’t lose.

🏵️⚡ important: Don’t pray for someone else. You are not responsible for other’s wishes and desires even if they are your children.

🏵️⚡ Don’t pray out of hate or envy. Wishing harm to others isn’t a prayer that God would answer.

🏵️⚡ Don’t ask for anything that could limit someone’s freedom or free will. For example, if you want to ask for love, you should ask to have a specific partner because that might infringe on their freedom, just ask for love in general and it will happen with or without the specific person on your mind.

9- The 3 Spiritual Exercises

The Connection, Communication, and Guidance

🏵️ In this section I am introducing you to the most effective spiritual exercises I’ve known about. If you have never had a spiritual experience yet in your whole life, chances are you will have a first one after doing those exercises. It might take a lot of trials until you see results or you might be lucky and enjoy the experience from the first minute. These exercises are meant to give you a starter in your spiritual journey. Do everything very precisely and you might end up with the most fascinating spiritual experience of your life.

🏵️✅ Don’t take these exercises lightly. They are very effective but if you do them halfheartedly they have absolutely no effect.

The Connection Exercise

🏵️ Follow the Steps (be prepared to spend at least 10 minutes uninterrupted, any interruption would cancel the experience)

1- Lie down on a comfortable bed or sofa. Relax.

2- Make sure you relax as deeply as possible. Read a book about relaxation or learn from a guided relaxation audio. If you don’t relax deeply, you might not get any experience.

3- Ask the spirit world to open your heart and give you an intense spiritual experience.

4- Keep the progressive relaxation ongoing and don’t move any part of your body for at least 10 minutes. You can increase the time later on, the more time you spend (up to an hour) the more intense the experience would be.

5- While you’re relaxing, notice any subtle extraordinary sensations (warmth, tingling, magnetic feeling, visual colors, etc).

Finally, don’t expect the experience to be very sudden or very intense, at first it will be very subtle, but the more you do this exercise the more intense it could get.

The Communication Exercise

🏵️ After you’ve practiced the previous exercise daily for a month, you should have enough subtle experiences and your senses should be ready for this exercise.

🏵️ Follow the Steps:

1- Standing or sitting, relax and ask your spirit guide to answer a yes-no question for you.

2- Stay neutral, close your eyes, relax, relax, relax until something inside of you makes you smile or frown.

3- If you unintentionally smile, it means a Yes, while if you frown or felt suddenly very upset, it means a No.

🏵️ Once you’ve mastered the yes-no questions, you can advance you more complex questions by asking your spirit guides to enhance your psychic senses. How you develop it from here is up to you, you can play with it until you figure it out.

The Guidance Exercise

🏵️This is a beautiful exercise that you can start with but it is not instant. This is an exercise that needs time (weeks or months ) to give you answers.

🏵️ In a prayer mode, ask your spirit guides to make you understand something specific about your life, something that is very important for you to understand, for example, why did you get a divorce, what do you need to be successful, or will you ever have children.

🏵️ Send this request to the universe and allow it a specific amount of time – one week minimum. If after one week you don’t feel you got any answers, repeat your prayer and give it another two weeks, and so on.

🏵️ Sooner or later, you will suddenly become aware of the answer. It could come in many different ways. You don’t need to be rigid about what to expect. Just expect the answer to come to you in a fascinating way. You will see ⚡
