Zonkatron Prediction: In 100 Years, There Will Be No Countries, No Religious Fanaticism, and No Wars
If you open a history book, almost every single war happened for two big reasons: countries fighting over land, or people fighting over whose religion is right. When leaders tell people that their country is better than everyone else’s, or that their group is the only one following the truth, it leads to big fights.
But the world is changing super fast.
Today, we can talk to people on the other side of the planet using the internet, and people travel and move around way more than they used to. When you make friends from all over the world, it is hard to dislike people just because they live somewhere else or believe different things.
Because of this, people are starting to question war.
A long time ago, when a leader told soldiers to go fight, everyone just did it without asking questions. Today, thanks to videos and news on our phones, people can see what is really happening. Soldiers and citizens are starting to ask, “Why are we even fighting? Is this really necessary?”
Kids are also growing up thinking differently about religion.
Instead of just believing whatever they are told without any doubts, kids today learn to ask questions. More and more people see religion as a personal choice rather than something everyone must follow. When people stop believing that their way is the only right way, religious fights start to disappear.
Some places in the world will change faster than others.
For example, Afghanistan will take another 70 years to become secular, and by the year 2150, religion will no longer be used to run governments anywhere on Earth. Rules will be made to help people, not to enforce old religious laws.
An even bigger change is coming from nature.
In about 50 years, big problems like climate change and extreme weather are going to affect the whole planet. It will be silly for one country to pretend it can solve these huge problems all by itself. Storms and rising seas do not care about borders on a map. Everyone will have to work together as one big team just to stay safe.
When we finally start working together as one global family and stop letting bad ideas divide us, there won’t be any reason left to fight big wars.
A hundred years from now, war and borders won’t exist anymore, and people will wonder why we ever needed them in the first place.
